Job Description
We're looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to strengthen our quality engineering efforts across UI and API testing.
Requirements
- Design, enhance, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing using Selenium/Playwright.
- Develop and execute automated regression, smoke, and functional test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Proactively identify gaps, suggest process and framework improvements, and drive adoption of best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, improve coverage, and ensure high-quality releases.
- Manage test cases, execution results, and reporting in TestRail.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and help evolve automation standards across teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning within the QA organization.
