Senior Director, Product Operations - 1015

Lightcast is seeking a Senior Director, Product Operations to drive operational excellence across product management, strengthen a customer-centric approach, and ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product, Product Operations, or related leadership roles
• Experience building or scaling a Product Operations function in a B2B or data-driven environment
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and using product metrics
• Ability to translate customer insights into product decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across senior leaders
• Experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Productboard, Jira, or similar
• Familiarity with agile or lean product development practices
• Experience in data, analytics, HR tech, or labor market intelligence preferred
