We're looking for a seasoned veteran to lead our engineering team and build the fastest team on the planet. You'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and unblocking the team, making architectural and security calls, and establishing a culture where iteration is celebrated.
Requirements
- Experience in fast-moving startups or scaleups
- Proven leadership experience in high-velocity, high-ownership environments
- Ability to coach and unblock engineers in high-pressure environments
- Strong architecture instincts and solid security knowledge
- Experience shipping product in 0→1 or hyper-growth contexts
- AI-first mindset and experience with AI-assisted workflows
- DevX focus and obsession over developer experience
- Execution focus on monitoring, observability, and performance
- Ability to work closely with CTO and co-founder
