LightEdge Solutions is developing IT solutions that propel businesses forward. The Sr. Client Experience Manager will serve as an advocate for LightEdge clients to oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of the overall client experience.

• Adept at interpreting and leveraging data insights
• Collaborate with other business units
• Identify strategic growth opportunities
• Document client account reviews
• Engage client accounts
• Work closely with customers
• Own and process all low dollar adds and changes
