Machine Learning Engineer

Lightfield is a next-generation CRM that automatically captures customer interactions and organizes them into structured CRM data. We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build powerful, domain-specific AI that outperforms generic LLMs.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in CS, AI, or applied math
• 5+ years of experience building AI/ML based products in NLP domains
• Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services
• Hands-on ML Ops experience
