Child Behavior Therapist (RBT)

We are looking for a Child Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team at Lighthouse Autism Center. As a RBT, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. You will receive training and support to help you succeed in your career.

Requirements

• Lifting/Carrying more than 50 lbs.
• Able to sustain impact to body (i.e., being hit, etc.) in any area.
• Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods of time.
• Bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms.
• Sitting on the floor and chair for long periods of time.
• Ability to move quickly from standing to seated, or kneeling position, without support.
• Communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
