Job Description
We are looking for a Child Behavior Therapist (RBT) to work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in a center-based approach. The RBT will work one-on-one with kids, implement custom therapy plans, and track progress. Paid training and tuition reimbursement are offered, along with competitive salary and benefits. Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs
- Sustained impact to body
- Running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel
- Full range of motion of hands and arms
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
