Clinical Director - BCBA

At Lighthouse Autism Center (LAC), we are looking for a talented BCBA to serve as a Clinical Director. As a Clinical Director, you will oversee general building needs, client progress, and supervise Program Managers and Junior Program Managers.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages
• 2 to 3 years management/supervision experience
• Demonstrates exemplary leadership, mentoring, and organization skills
• Completely independent with ABA programming and implementing evidence based intervention strategies
