Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Construction Management
- Knowledge of job cost accounting principles and project financial tracking
- Experience with accounting or project management software (Workday preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and strong overall computer skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Understanding of building construction or electrical construction processes (preferred)
- Experience leading a team and/or overseeing a portfolio of projects
