Job Description
LighthouseAI, a Pharma Solutions company, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Licensing Application Specialist to perform customer service and support the State Licensing department on day-to-day duties, including drafting state pharmaceutical applications, license verification, and administrative work.
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or a related administrative field
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory data entry, application processing, or compliance documentation
- Familiarity with state or federal regulatory bodies, such as Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, or FDA
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to interpret regulatory instructions and requirements and translate them into accurate application materials
