Job Description
Lightning AI is seeking a frontend engineer to help develop and scale the UI and frontend infrastructure of the Lightning AI platform. The role involves writing readable/testable/efficient code in React and Redux, partnering with engineering and product leaders, and mentoring and coaching engineers. The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $250,000.
Requirements
- Proficiency in React, javascript and typescript
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and lifecycle
- Hands-on experience as a frontend engineer in a SaaS technology company
- Proven ability to take ownership of key features and drive end-to-end development
- Communication and collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers
- Ability to operate in high uncertainty and rapidly changing environments
