Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Lightship is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to optimize the production of its high-quality luxury recreational vehicle. This role involves evaluating current manufacturing processes, developing and implementing new production plans, and reducing overall manufacturing costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electric, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments (preferably automotive or aerospace)
• Planning capacity increases and production floor layouts and line balancing
• Providing manufacturing floor support, designing, creating, and improving jigs and fixtures.
• Experience working successfully in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Reading and understanding GD&T drawings and technical documents.
• Solid presentation and computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Projects, etc.)
