Director, Regulatory Compliance (NERC)

Lightsource bp is a global leader in the development and management of solar energy projects. We are seeking a Director, Regulatory Compliance to oversee the Regulatory Compliance team and regulatory programs for all LSbp solar projects, including NERC standards and FERC requirements.

Requirements

• Maintain solid knowledge of NERC standards, both Reliability and CIP, and other Applicable Regulations.
• Oversee the NERC compliance program for LSbp's entities registered with NERC in the United States.
• Develop and conduct NERC compliance self-assessments to identify gaps, and work with applicable personnel to implement mitigation plans to address any instances of non-compliance.
