Job Description
We are seeking a Grid Regulatory & Congestion Engineer to strengthen our renewable development platform across Europe. The role will involve playing a key role in local events and meetings with relevant stakeholders to analyse grid regulatory frameworks, grid constraints and grid compliance. The aim is to identify risks, unlock capacity, and create a competitive advantage for our current and future projects.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of networks codes, network operations, capacity allocation mechanisms, connection and grid access rules, curtailment and congestion compensation schemes, redispatch, balancing, flexibility and ancillary services markets in European countries.
- Proficiency in grid modelling software (e.g., PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSSE or similar).
- Strong analytical and programming skills (preferably Python, DPL and PowerBI).
- Master Ìs degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Systems, or Renewable Integration.
