Job Description
Lightspark is building an open payment protocol for the Internet. As the Staff Product Manager for Payments Orchestration & Intelligence, you will own the strategy for the AI Router and Grid Switch, determining how money is routed across global financial networks and domestic real-time rails to maximize success and minimize cost.
Requirements
- Deep Payment Expertise: 7+ years of experience in global payment infrastructure
- Technical & Strategic Fluency: ability to collaborate with engineers on backend system architecture and navigate complex partner negotiations
- The "0 to 1" Mindset: proven track record of bringing clarity to ambiguous environments and building scalable B2B solutions from scratch
- AI-Native Builder: ability to effectively use AI tools to amplify impact and integrate rapidly changing technologies into payment systems
- Grit & Adaptability: ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and solve detailed money movement challenges at scale
- Systems Thinking: obsess over edge cases, failure scenarios, and performance benchmarks to ensure platform resilience
