Job Description
Lightspark is building an open payments protocol for the Internet, focused on seamless and secure money transfer. The Treasury & Regulatory Finance Manager will be crucial in ensuring financial compliance, managing liquidity, and driving growth by balancing traditional finance with the power of Bitcoin and the UMA protocol. This role involves financial system integrations and leveraging AI/ML to optimize processes and reporting.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Regulatory Reporting in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Experience in a regulated payments fintech or crypto company, work with international regulated payment entities is a plus.
- Hands-on treasury experience (cash forecasting, liquidity management, reconciliations).
- Experience with both traditional payment rails and digital asset flows.
