HVAC Air Duct Cleaning Lead

Joining the Lightspeed Restoration team as an Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech is an excellent opportunity to continue to grow your career by branching into the restoration industry. As a seasoned technician with ample experience in cleaning both residential and commercial systems and who maintains an active NADCA certification, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a crew for commercial and residential air duct cleaning jobs, controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance and documentation, as well as being responsible for a company vehicle and equipment.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC services
• 1-2 years of leadership experience
• NADCA certification
• Other industry relevant certifications that are current that can include: IICRC, WRT, ASCS, OSHA 30, MICRO CMI/CMRC
• Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices
• Must be a self-starter
• Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment
• Able to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Working knowledge of basic PC operations
• Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
