Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech

The position involves overseeing and managing a crew for commercial and residential air duct cleaning jobs, controlling job costs, production times, quality assurance, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years of experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC services, 1-2 years of leadership experience, and NADCA certification.

Requirements

• Manage the production, including hands-on work as required for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of work
• Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion
• Provide on the job training for new technicians as needed
• Manage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.)
• Ensures all safety measures are enforced on job site
