Requirements
- Practical experience in background art production using Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, etc.
- Experience in background production using Unreal Engine or Unity, as well as practical experience in performance optimization.
- Ability to design and produce 3D backgrounds based on concept art that fit the in-game visual style.
- Basic understanding of shader and material settings and ability to replicate realistic texture.
- Strong communication skills that value teamwork and can effectively collaborate with Art Directors and Level Designers.
