Mobile Repair Technician at Likewize Repair, responsible for repairing smartphones and tablets on the road, interacting with customers, and carrying out high-quality repairs. Work will be done in a supported mobile environment, combining technical repair work with face-to-face customer interaction.

Requirements

• Travel to different customers within a region to repair Mobile Phones and Tablets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Carry out fault finding
• Quality Control devices using Samsung and Apple's enhanced software
• Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
