Paralegal

Likewize is looking for a Paralegal to join their corporate legal team at their global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. The Paralegal will be a key partner to the legal team and the broader Likewize business, handling various legal work including reviewing agreements, drafting contracts, and supporting compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of paralegal or legal support experience, ideally in an in-house environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with commercial agreements & corporate governance matters
• Experience with contract lifecycle management software (Ironclad) and Microsoft Office
