Job Description
We're searching for a Tax Manager to join our corporate headquarters in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you'll ensure income tax accounting and compliance are running smoothly, especially when it comes to U.S. international tax, ASC 740, and transfer pricing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 740 and key U.S. international tax areas
- Comfortable working with global tax provision tools and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and project-management skills
- CPA and/or MST certification (bonus points)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease and thrive in fast-moving environments
