Production Supervisor

Lilac Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of technicians to commission and operate chemical process equipment for production of ceramic ion exchange beads. The role includes an opportunity for career growth and advancement in a growing facility.

Requirements

• Provide hands-on, tactical leadership to a team of Process Technicians
• Consistently provide technicians with high quality coaching, feedback, and recognition
• Deliver continuous improvement by monitoring team capabilities, work processes, and equipment performance
