Job Description
Lilac Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support design and engineering efforts for a diverse set of projects, including planning and designing electrical systems for pilot and commercial projects, performing load calculations and analysis, preparing detailed drawings and design basis documents, and participating in Hazard and Operability assessments.
Requirements
- B.S. or higher in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering standards and codes (NEC, NFPA, IEC, etc.)
- Experience working for an EPCM or MEP firm on design of low and medium voltage electrical systems
- Experience with chemical equipment, controls and instrumentation, and plant construction
- Experience Drafting in AutoCAD Electrical
- Experience with ETAP
- Highly organized with sharp attention to numerical detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Excited to work on a small, fast-paced startup team
