Job Description
The Athletics & Wellness Internship is designed to support the successful implementation of summer drop-in and enrolled sports and wellness programs. The intern assists with supervision of kamalei, provides hands-on program support, and helps ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
Requirements
- Assist with setup and breakdown of sports and wellness programming spaces and equipment
- Support supervision of kamalei during drop-in and enrolled programs
- Help facilitate drills, activities, and basic sports/wellness exercises under team guidance
- Participate in team meetings and share observations
- Conduct kamalei check-in/check-out support and basic attendance tracking
- Observe and report safety concerns or incidents to athletics and wellness team
- Shadow athletics and wellness team members to learn department workflows
