Job Description
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role plays a critical role in supporting the long-term financial health, sustainability, and strategic growth of the Liliʻuokalani Trust (LT). This position leads the development and execution of the annual budgeting process, multi-year financial forecasts, and financial models that inform organizational performance and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related discipline
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization or business intelligence tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
