Manager, Engineering

Lillio is looking for a motivated and hands-on engineering manager to lead and empower their product engineering teams, advancing their mission to elevate early childhood programs through technical innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading/managing software development teams
• Strong technical background, with the ability to engage in and guide technical discussions, or be hands-on when needed
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for partnering with Product, Design, and other stakeholder teams
• Proven ability to align roadmap with business objectives
