Job Description
Foster Care Specialist Job Description: Provide case management, counseling, assessment, and supportive services to foster families and children.
Requirements
- Complete home studies and home study updates
- Provide in-home visitation and case management
- Provide ongoing counseling and case management
- Assess child safety and well-being
- Recruit new foster families
- Attend Family Team Meetings and court hearings
- Participate in foster family support groups and trainings
