We're seeking a process-driven, analytically minded Marketing Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our marketing engine. As a member of the Revenue Operations team, this hands-on role builds scalable processes, drives performance insights, and leverages automation and AI to ensure tightly configured systems, actionable data, and measurable impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or a related role within B2B SaaS or demand-focused environments SaaS company.
- Admin-level expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub; you've built and managed end-to-end campaign infrastructure.
- Collaborative & Cross-Functional: Partner with diverse teams to align on objectives, improve processes, and facilitate the adoption of new systems to optimize revenue and business performance.
