(Senior) Manager Financial Systems & Automation (m/f/d)

Seeking a Senior Manager Financial Systems & Automation to join our Finance team at Limehome. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you will own and develop our financial systems stack end-to-end, establishing the first ERP foundation, scaling finance operations, and introducing process automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Finance Operations or Systems roles
• Proven experience managing finance systems and ERP implementation or transformation projects as well as ongoing finance system administration and development
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance operations
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and integrations; coding skills are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven solutions in finance or operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to delivery, paired with an ability to apply pragmatism
• Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (business fluent), fluency in German is a plus
