Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team, supporting the planning and execution of events and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.
Requirements
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event logistics are managed effectively
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to event planning and sales activities
- Support the sales team in prospecting and following up with potential clients
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for upcoming events and sales campaigns
