Accounting Associate

Role Overview

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounting Associate will manage financial records, perform account analysis, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

What You Will Do

Compiles and sorts documents, verifies and posts business transactions, audits invoices, and investigates problems with vendors or purchasing agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and functions
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions
• Must be able to complete required paperwork and report information utilizing Plex or another required software
• Must be team oriented
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Must have the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot
