Role Overview

Operate and monitor production machines, perform quality checks, and maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Operate production machines, perform quality checks, conduct preventative maintenance, and document production data.

Why It Might Be a Fit

1-2 years of experience operating machinery, mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Technical certification or training in machine operation is an asset
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work orders, and blueprints is an asset
• Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate quality checks
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
