Maintenance Semi Skilled

Linamar Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Semi-Skilled Worker to perform semi-skilled maintenance and repair services on facility systems including mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The role involves performing tasks like power-owning, motion, work, and lives, requiring a variety of maintenance tasks and maintaining equipment standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One-year experience in manufacturing
• Enrolled in the Apprenticeship program
• Ability to use specialized measuring tools
• Ability to interpret schematic drawings
• Performance Expectation: Maintain systems to track, report, document, and assist with scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Record coolant refractometer readings, top up machine oils, record usage.
• Manage oil and coolant inventory.
• Maintain equipment in a safe and clean manner.
• Operate a forklift.
• Ability to work all rotating shifts.
• Ability to work overtime
