Reporting to the Quality Manager, performs Quality Engineering functions for all production programs, responsible for preparing PPAP documentation, process flow, control plans, PFMEA's, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3-5 years or more of automotive experience
- Internal Auditor Certification strongly preferred (IATF 16949)
- Must be proficient in GR&R studies, CMM, SPC, GD&T, APQP, FMEA and PPAP
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate at all levels of organization, and with customer engineering and/or management
- Strong manufacturing background
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
