Supervisor, Maintenance

Linamar is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to oversee and coordinate the activities of workers involved in machinery maintenance and repair. This role involves directing workers on various tasks such as electrical work, repairing and installing equipment, and preparing production schedules. The supervisor will also ensure safety and quality standards are met. They will coordinate activities of various departments and analyze work problems.

Requirements

• Direct workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
• Requisitions parts and keeps supply of spare parts.
• Recommends improvements to production methods.
