Director of Men's Ministry

The Director of Men's Ministry leads Lincoln Berean's effort to raise up men who follow Jesus at home, at work, and in the world — men of wisdom, integrity, and courage. This role requires someone with a pastor's heart and a teacher's gift: someone who earns trust across a wide range of men and teaches with clarity and conviction, bringing the Bible to bear on real life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3+ years of ministry leadership experience in a mid – to large-sized church
• Must make Lincoln Berean Church their home church and participate in the life of the community (Life Group)
