The Lead Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and executing the messaging and visual identity of the organization across print, digital, and social media platforms.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, and multi-channel design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience developing and executing social media content and strategy
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools
- Experience in a nonprofit, church, or mission-driven organization preferred
