Job Description
Lincoln Electric is seeking motivated engineers to join its Engineering Development Program for 2026. This 12-month program provides hands-on training, opportunities for networking, and potential career pathways within the company, including research and development, operations, automation, and manufacturing engineering. The program focuses on developing practical welding skills and fostering growth in various engineering roles.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having achieved a bachelor's degree in engineering (or engineering technology) by June 2026
- Eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time, permanent basis without sponsorship
- Engineering degree in a manufacturing or related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
