Lincoln Electric is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager, Capital Expenditures, Americas to lead category strategy, supplier performance, and sourcing execution for capital projects across the region.
Requirements
- 10 years of strategic procurement experience in CapEx, equipment sourcing, construction sourcing, or engineering-intensive categories
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or equivalent technical certification preferred
