Job Description
The Integration Engineering Supervisor will supervise engineers and technicians in system programming/debug/startup activities, manage engineering processes, and lead project teams in designing, building, shipping, and servicing Lincoln Electric Automation systems.
Requirements
- Supervise PLC /HMI/Robot, etc. programming personnel
- Manage engineering processes required to design, build, ship, and service Lincoln Electric Automation systems
- Determine project staffing requirements and assign/re-direct resources accordingly
- Lead Project Team in the effort of adhering to both a challenging project timeline and a tight financial budget
- Coordinate and Lead/Participate in Engineering Design Reviews as needed
- Provide team direction in complex system start-up, debug and final equipment maturation
- Assist in developing/maintaining engineering and product standards
- Responsible for Project ISO Documentation
- Lead mentoring process of new/inexperienced engineers
- Provide resources and assistance to Business Development for Quote reviews and developing concepts
