Job Description
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team at their Euclid, OH facility. The Process Engineer will provide collaborative communication and apply knowledge and experience to innovate and improve their Stainless & Nickel Alloy Wire Drawing operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III)
- Practical process knowledge with hands-on approach to production troubleshooting, installations, and testing
- Experience with 3D CAD software
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing concepts, wire drawing, and/or winding/spooling operations
- Ability to work comfortably in a team environment and as a team leader
- Self-starter with ability to identify new opportunities
- Willingness to occasionally work off-shifts to support Production trials
