Job Description

Requirements
- Execution of Welding and Cutting: Perform weldings and cuts in various positions (flat, horizontal and vertical) using coated electrodes, tubular wire, plasma or oxyfuel, according to technical parameters defined.
- Preparation and Configuration of Equipment: Prepare, assemble and configure manual and CNC welding machines, adjusting parameters and performing tests to ensure ideal equipment operation.
- Operation of Machines and Material Movement: Operate CNC machines, overhead crane and forklift to move sheets and pieces, supplying workstations according to production.
- Final Finishing and Quality Control: Perform final finishing of pieces (lapping, grinding, adjusting) and record activities performed on production orders, ensuring traceability and quality standard.
- Maintenance, Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure equipment conservation, strictly follow safety standards and use appropriate PPE, in addition to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
