We are seeking an Actuary, Disability & Leave Pricing to lead the design and implementation of a robust reporting and analytics framework to measure pricing execution and performance against targets. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of actuarial experience and certifications in FSA or ASA.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Actuarial Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative major
- 5 ā 7+ Years actuarial experience
- Upon Hire Certifications/Licensures: (FSA or ASA)
- Group Benefits Pricing Experience (Preferred)
- Proficiency with SQL and Dataiku
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
- Demonstrates strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
