Job Description
Head Start Intern position assisting lead teachers, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting classroom needs.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a High School, Technical Education (CTE) program, College Program, or enrolled in an Undergraduate/Graduate Degree Program in Early Childhood or comparable field of study is required.
- Knowledge or experience in the desired field of study is preferred.
- Must meet Head Start and Indiana Childcare Licensing Regulations, including Head Start Standards of Conduct, federal and state criminal history requirements, sex offender registry checks, drug screen, physical and complete an annual T.B. test.
