Job Description
The Quality Engineer will work to ensure products meet customer quality requirements, develop relationships with customers, and serve as the voice of the customer to convey their expectations and challenges to Lincoln Industries. The role involves monitoring performance against customer NCM PPM objectives, reporting findings, and coordinating efforts to address deficiencies.
Requirements
- Influence peers and leaders to achieve acceptable customer quality levels
- Develop working relationships with external customer counterparts
- Monitor and report performance against customer quality metrics
- Take preventive action to prevent issues
- Provide engineering support to Process Control, Operations, and Integration Engineering
- May travel up to 10% to improve customer's experience
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949
