Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an initiative-taking, organized, and meticulous Project Manager to join the regional Construction Management department. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the project team for the successful, timely, and budget controlled completion of assigned construction and capital improvement projects, and overseeing the project drawing and specification process.

Requirements

• Support of the project team for the successful, timely, and budget controlled completion of assigned construction and capital improvement projects
• Preparation and management of the project budget, project schedule, and the AHJ permitting process
• Selection of architects, engineers, trade consultants, and contractors appropriate for the project requirements
• Obtain proposals and bids, prepare proposal/bid comparison forms, and provide consultant/contractor recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each project
• Assist leasing and property management in leasing/property management activities related to construction
