Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician ensures the integrity of building systems by performing routine maintenance and minor repairs while supporting the efficient operation of equipment.

Requirements

• Perform repairs in restroom facilities, including toilets and soap dispensers;
• Conduct general labor tasks, such as carrying, stacking, and sorting materials;
• Safely use employer-provided vehicles to travel for parts and supplies, adhering to all traffic laws;
• Maintain and/or replace door hardware;
• Handle minor furniture repairs and floor maintenance;
• Perform general cleaning in mechanical spaces;
• Replace lamps, air filters, ceiling tiles, and fire extinguishers;
• Communicate verbally and in writing with teammates, leadership team, vendors, tenants, and client employees in a professional manner;
• Interact with tenants, engineers, and contractors while carrying out maintenance tasks;
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE for all tasks;
• Perform other duties as assigned;
