Sales Engineering Director - Data Center

The Sales Engineering Director - Data Center position at Lincoln Property Company involves leading technical delivery of data center deployments, supporting customer solutions, and collaborating with technical operations teams to ensure performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, solutions engineering, technical delivery, or related field
• Deep understanding of data center systems including power distribution, cooling systems, redundancy architectures, and network infrastructure
• Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, AI, or enterprise deployments preferred
• Strong knowledge of the data center development and deployment lifecycle from site selection through operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, construction, and operations teams
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable and commercially viable solutions
• Strong customer engagement, communication, and technical presentation skills
• Knowledge of industry standards including Uptime Tier, ASHRAE, and reliability frameworks preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
