The Senior Property Manager leads all aspects of a single asset or portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties and coordinates all marketing, operations, and financial activities per client and/or company requirements.
Requirements
- Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department
- Maintain vacant spaces in "tour ready" condition
- Direct, review, and approve vendor invoice payments and other accounting related activities
- Direct and control preparation and delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful monthly reports
- Craft, deliver, and communicate an effective tenant care program that maximizes tenant retention
- Direct sourcing and procurement activities to effect optimal operations
- Proactively collect rent and other charges in accordance with lease terms
- Ensure that at least monthly property inspections are performed
- Document plans and preparations for emergency response
